Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different vital nutrients at each meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include distinct instructions and advice on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be whole without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adaptable. Follow them as written or mix it up to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals daily for an entire week, while others like to make substitutions. Your coach, or anyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling satisfied after a meal?
